The Problem
Nikki’s dog struggled with severe anxiety — the kind that had her on strong anti-anxiety medication just to get through daily life. Anxious dogs aren’t bad dogs; they’re overwhelmed, and without structure and confidence the fear tends to run the show.
The Approach
Through our day-train program we built calm, confident behavior with clear structure and communication — and coached Nikki on the same tools so the progress held at home, not just with a trainer. Confidence-building for fearful dogs is at the core of how we work.
The Result
In Nikki’s own words: “Sit Means Sit’s training program has seriously been one of the best investments I have ever made. My dog has been able to get off of her very strong anti-anxiety medication.” A calmer dog, a better quality of life, and no more daily meds.
